Freediving Course Level 1
What is the first freediving course like?
The North Gran Canaria Freediving course has two parts, one theoretical and one practical.
Online theory apnea course
The big advantage is that you can do the online course theory, at your own pace, without pressure and without time limits.
The course content is very simple and full of videos and advanced teaching material that helps you understand each topic easily.
Aquatic apnea practices
When you pass the theoretical training you will have the necessary knowledge to go into the water with the instructor's help of apnea.
The instructor will explain to you and will guide you every step of the way of your training. You will see how in a very short time you will gain confidence and experience to enjoy Freediving in complete safety.
Minimum requirements to be certified in the freediving course in Gran Canaria
To start the course you only have to be over 12 years old 🙂 and in good health.
