The fourth edition of the Iberdrola Supera Awards was held on November 29, 2023 in Madrid. It was a gala full of emotions, presented by Nicolás Abad and Margarita Álvarez, and attended by Ona Carbonell, Lydia Valentín, Carolina Marín, Manu Carreño, Sandra Sánchez, Teresa Perales, Vicente del Bosque, Eli Pinedo, Paloma del Rio, Marta Arce, Susanna Griso, Jesús Carballo and Susana Rodríguez, all of them members of the Honorary Jury, and several Iberdrola ambassadors such as Loida Zabala, Desireé Vila, Teresa Portela and Laura Fuertes, among others. In addition, on this occasion the public was able to enjoy the Kata by the karatekas Sandra Sánchez and Aldara Flores, to the poem by Andrea Valbuena, as well as a performance by Sole Giménez.

The company was founded eight years ago and from the very beginning its founders were clear that everyone, without exception, could enjoy this treasure of nature. So they did not hesitate. They set to work to ensure that people with special physical, hearing and visual abilities were not excluded from the privilege.
The awards Iberdrola Surpasses They have recognized the work that Marina Muñoz, a biologist by profession, and her husband carry out Bringing the sea closer to all audiences: «The sea is a very captivating environment and for sea lovers it is difficult to stay away from it.» When he specialized in zoology, Marina knew she wanted to focus her profession on the big blue and that she wanted the experience of diving under the ocean waters to be open to everyone, including people with disabilities. During the training to adapt her centre and her workers, Marina explained that they themselves had to experience diving as if they had one of these physical conditions: «Diving is more than just a visual experience, are the sensations of weightlessness, the sound of water, feeling how the water moves, the textures... and the feeling of traveling to another world«.
